Account Executive

Manage day-to-day client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include client needs assessment and recommendation of products and services, and ensuring the quality of the end product

· Consult with client regarding ad placement and find creative ways to improve cost effectiveness of the end product

· Work with internal media team on the development of media plans and drive implementation of media plans

· Visit clients for meet and greet and/or presenting performance data and additional products and services--both formal and informal

· Work with the client to identify needs and suggest alternative TMP product solutions

· Maintain & distribute account information including creative and media briefs, client history conference reports, etc.

· Respond to internal requests for client information from Business Development, Client Development, Creative, etc.

· Assist with collection, a/p discrepancy and billing errors

· Provide client reporting and budget metrics from internal systems on an on-going, as-needed basis

Skills/Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

· 1 - 3 years’ relevant business experience

· Advertising agency internships highly desirable

· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage complex workload and handle pressure

· Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar and proofreading skills

· Strong customer service focus/skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team

· Ability to identify opportunities and scope tactical solutions

· General knowledge of interactive and traditional media

· Working proficiency with MS Office Suite

· Accurate typing of 35+ wpm Ability to travel as necessary
